QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 2-years experience in make-ready & apartment maintenance
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with online work orders and scheduling

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Ensures service requests are completed correctly & in a timely manner
• Must have nights and weekend availability for emergency calls etc.

BENEFITS:
• Full Time starting between $20-25/hour commensurate with experience
• Flexible time off scheduling
